recall the first few pages when she died the weird arms of the evil spider took away something from her guts? now that empty space worked as a self defense mechanism and made her to split in half from her own stomach revealing whatever the hell of being is summoned through her to defend her I believe that all her visions and sights are hallucinations nothing else since the guards look normal again
