Or it’s all in her head. I remember that long ago I heard of VN when MC after some sort of accident started seeing people as monsters, actual monster looked like cute girl and everything was REALLY strange.
That would be Saya no Uta, which is one of the inspirations for the comic.
I love the boot mark on her dress.
