so either the book couldn’t see the monster Ephelia turned to, or he doesn’t want to tell her what she turned into because he fears for her sanity…well very interesting so far please keep going!

…what if he’s evil and wants her to not know about so she will kill more people?

This guy is very suspicious. He says he can’t remember much, Bouquin’s sketch story made it look like he got knocked out and he looks like he got into a fight. Did he and Bouquin team up in hiding info? I’m not sure if Ephelia’s summoned monster disappeared but the dead man must’ve been Bouquin when the man retrieved him? A dead paladin doesn’t look good and a puddle of one doesn’t either…Really love the backgrounds for each of the panels here 🙂

Well, I suppose there really is no good way to tell someone their stomach ripped open and then a giant fleshy knife demon came out and obliterated everything.

I came here after reading the very last page so far… so according to what the book told her, she “listened to its advices” and fought off some bad guys that tried to attack her and the guy, she fought them off as the guy crashed into a tree and she won, and now the guy travels with her.
while the truth is she turned into a mob and killed all the paladins that came after her, and then she returned to her calm self and out of the nowhere she met this guy
