so lily this is how you got your current look then on the main page? interesting.
and looks like this world has mogles, 4 armed humanoid creatures and even normal humans and all that is very normal… well it’s a fantasy world anyway so whatever goes goes i suppose.
please keep it up! very nice so far!

the second to last panel should probably read as “Keep your head straight or it’ll be uneven”

I took that as someone speaking a second language, where they’ve learned to communicate effectively but don’t know the finer points of the way a native speaker would speak. For instance “hold [your] head straight”. Whose head would he be holding straight, if not his own? The word “your” isn’t logically or grammatically required, but it’s customary, in English, to include it. The words that are needed to get the information across are all there; the ones that aren’t really necessary she hasn’t learned because she’s been getting along fine without them.

tl;dr: This isn’t her native language, but she gets the point across.

stonefoot is correct. You can tell by the different colored speech bubbles that they are speaking their native language to each other. Lily was confused because he doesn’t speak their language. The hairdresser then switched to the common language which she does not speak well.

You normally tell someone not to hold their breath when something is going to take a long time. Also why is this hair dresser such a racist? Just because he has big clumpy hair he has to be Eirian?
